​Should I refrigerate your cupcakes?

No...even though there is dairy in them, once they are baked they do not need to be refrigerated.   This includes the cream cheese frostings.  Our frostings were evaluated by the USDA and deemed safe to consume without refrigeration.  Once you blend the cream cheese with the other ingredients, the chemistry changes.

 

How long do your cupcakes last?

Because we don’t use and preservatives or stabilizers, we recommend they be consumed the same day that you purchase them, which is also the day they were baked.  If you can’t get to them, keep them in a sealed container, out of the refrigerator and consume within a day or two.  They will also freeze well.

 

Do you make everything in your store?

With the exception of our candy truffles  everything is completely made from scratch, on site.

 

Do you ship?

Not at this time.

Do you deliver?

Yes! For orders over $100 we can deliver. We need a day's notice and it needs to bi within a 5 mile radius.

How can I get a flavor that you don’t have the week of my event? 

For a special flavor that is not on our calendar this week we need 2 DAYS notice andTHE MINIMUM ORDER IS TWO DOZEN at $43 PER DOZEN. We make a whole batch, we can’t split batches for orders

How much notice do you need for an order? 
Typically, we just need a day for normal inventory. Larger orders-a few days. Cakes-3 Days. Custom orders-this will
vary based on a design.

Do you special decorations?
YES!  Our website gallery will continually be updated with our designs.

Can I get four dozen cupcakes right now? 
YES. We are known for being a fully stocked bakery.

Do you have anything Gluten Free?
We offer Gluten free cupcakes in the shop on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
We pick a new variety each week.
The flavors are posted on our Instagram and Facebook on Mondays.
If you need something on a different day, we would need a minimum order of two dozen ($86+ tax) and can do
most flavors in our collection.
The most popular are Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Bananas foster, Red Velvet and Strawberry.
Our decadent Brownies (not the bars) are always Gluten Free and our staff can point those out to you and
we often sample them. We have many customers with gluten intolerance, some even with celiacs and we consistently get
rave reviews on our gluten free treats.

Can I order Gluten Free cupcakes on a day other than Friday, Saturday or Sunday? 
We do require a minimum of TWO DOZEN for a special order since we need to make a whole batch. $42 (12) x2

What flour do you use in your gluten free?

Brown rice flour, tapioca and potato starch.

Are your gluten-free items prepared separately from your other items?

Because we have a small kitchen, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination.  We wash and sanitize everything after use, however, regular flour particles do float in the air.

Are your items completely nut-free?

We do have nuts / coconut in some of our products.  They are marked and we can give you any information on what’s in the case.  Most of our ingredients are processed in facilities that also process nuts. And again, because of the size of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination.

Do you make mini cupcakes?

Yes! We offer mini cupcakes with a minimum order of 4 dozen per flavor and 4 dozen varieties. These are $84 for 4 Dozen.

NO. We use coconut milk and an organic shortening.
